SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, and holidays.

Shipping costs
Free standard shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.99.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show movement.

Split shipments
If you order multiple items, they may arrive separately at no extra cost to you.

Wrong address
We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Contact us right away at info@pettypicks.com if you need to correct an address — we can usually change it before processing.

Lost or delayed
If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days, email us at info@pettypicks.com and we'll make it right.
